Alfa Romeo 6C 1500 GS A. Peduzzi Mille Miglia 1934 Scale 1/43
This specimen is the last of the 6C Gran Sport series produced in Milan and has the additional distinction of having been bodyworked in a single specimen by Zagato. This 6C Gran Sport 1500 Fixed Head was purchased by Anna Maria Peduzzi, a passionate woman driver from Olgiate in the province of Como. Peduzzi joined the Scuderia Ferrari in 1933 and with the insignia of the Prancing Horse she brought her flaming Alfa to win the Coppa Principessa di Piemonte the same year. In 1934 Peduzzi won her class in the Mille Miglia and finished 13th overall behind the most powerful Alfa Romeo 8Cs.
